For Industrial gearboxes, we are able to offer on line telephone technical support as well as customer site visits for commissioning advice or inspection. Alternatively gear reducers can be sent to our local workshop for inspection and repair.
For Mobile and Wind Solutions, we are able to offer on line telephone technical support, and site visits can also be arranged to view and recommend what actions or what the next steps are required to repair or replace faulty units. Installation drawings and exploded view drawing are supplied to enable the correct spare parts to be supplied. In most cases the gearbox serial number and gearbox part numbers are required. Maintenance books are also supplied to the customers.
Warranty claims are handled by our after sales team and managed by our SAP computer system that is up loaded into the headquarters after sales and quality SAP system. This ensures a reliable service with warranty KPI analysis leading to reports allowing continuous improvements.
