The first world meeting of the Bonfiglioli Group’s Finance & Corporate Services took place in Bologna on 30/06 and 01/07 this year.
Around 70 professionals from all companies in the Group and from all areas of the world, (USA, India, Europe, Australia, Vietnam, South Africa, Brazil, China, etc.) came together for two days to discuss and define new strategies and missions for their areas in the light of Bonfiglioli’s new organisation. The Group’s reorganisation into Business Units and its new business strategies require specific new competences to support and guide these essential areas.
As Chairman and CEO Sonia Bonfiglioli explained, “our group needs a strong, dynamic and proactive corporate structure to form the foundations on which to build effective and long-term competition on a global level”.
The meeting in Bologna was of fundamental importance as a means of focusing attention on how to adapt to the challenges awaiting the Bonfiglioli Group while still guaranteeing the delivery of reliable, efficient, independent and quality information and services to all Business Units in the Group.
To guarantee these services and to become corporate guidance functions with high added value, “we need to do our best to stay 3 steps forward”, CFO Tiziano Pacetti declared during the meeting. Good job.
