It is at this point that we look back at everything that was agreed, between our customer and our Company, at the time of ordering.
Our after-sales service is highly professional, collaborative and ready to meet our customers’ every need, and this can only serve to increase the already high number of customers who remain loyal to our Group.

Our intervention, once requested by the customer, follows a procedure which has been consolidated over time, and includes the following stages:
- analysis of the malfunction reports
- customer support
- examination of faults on returned gearmotors
- repair of returned gearmotors
